Amazon, Best Buy, and Target have all recently updated their online electronics listings, and amongst the new items something interesting has appeared: box art for games available on Nintendo’s upcoming Wii U. There’s no official word yet from Nintendo on whether the pictures distributed here represent the final design or are simply placeholders, but considering the design’s similarity to the Gamecube’s box art we don’t think it’s too far of a stretch to think that this is what we’ll be looking at when the Wii U’s out later this year.
